Chapter Ride - Rainbow Ravine

Rainbow Ravine is a 10-mile trail located 12.5 miles north of Glendale, NV. Trail footing is decent, and fairly flat. The trail offers colorful mud/clay hills, beautiful formations caused by erosion and petroglyphs.

Rainbow Ravine lead by BCHU Chapter Member, Keith Wheeler
The trail is rated Easy, with fairly flat, decent footing and trail offers colorful mud hills and beautiful erosion formations, an old stone cabin and incredible petroglyphs.
The complete ride is 10 miles long and takes about four hours. There is a narrow, 1 mile out 1 mile back, section that some riders may choose to not do. There will be someone to lead those that skip the narrow section and take them on an alternate route to the petroglyphs. This ride is rated for beginners but your horse must be good with confined spaces, tumbleweeds, and some easy scrambling.
Please remember Dogs are not allowed on chapter rides.
Please arrive by 10:00 am (MST) we will begin the ride promptly at 10:30 am (UTAH TIME)
